mmmmm..where do I start,went in this store to replace an air conditioner that I bought elsewhere but it went "bang" for some reason. Found the portable air-conditioning units but no staff in sight,eventually got one but he just said "I'll get someone for you" and walked off. Five minutes went by,10 minutes passed and eventually after 15 minutes I gave up,as I headed to the door who did I see,my "I'll get someone for you guy" laughing and joking with 2 other members of staff,he just looked at me a smirk on his face won't put what I was thinking as I got into my car but the word was very similar to "rissoles"
Went to Oxley Good Guys yesterday to buy an oven. The salesman was exceptionally BAD. When I told him we wanted a 600 millimetre oven, he snapped" Surely you mean 60 cm." Well they're the same buster. Any after asking what price range we wanted and I told him about $1000 he sneered and said "I'll show you the whole range starting at $5k and let you make a decision then." There is no way we were buying a $5k oven. I told him it was a waste of his time and my time to look at any over$1000.. "OK he said, I won't show you anything and wandered off. We continued to look but he hovered, sneering and saying "That's not in your range." Got completely sick of his attitude and left the store. We got our oven from another store nearby. How The Good Guys could employ such a belligerent and obtuse salesman as this , I will never know. We won't be back..

Horrible customer service! I will never deal with good guys again. It is over a year later since I reported my issue with product to them. They COMPLETELY dismissed me and were very rude, then they sent me to the manufacturer. I've dealt with the manufacturer since then and had multiple repairs to which did not fix the issue and was instructed by the manufacturer to go back to place of purchase for a refund, and now I'm in another battle to get my money back even though there is a clear fault that cannot be repaired! They're quick to sell you a product, but as soon as you've left the store and they have your money they will do everything to prolong the process and send you in circles, hoping that you might just get fed up and not bother anymore! I have lost income because they have stuffed me around for over a week since contacting them again and someone telling me to bring my product in and they could definitely help me. I will be taking this up with the ACCC and Fair Trading to get my refund and also compensation for the business I have lost due to this downtime which I stressed greatly was not an option to have any downtime especially being Christmas time.

Worst service experience 2nd time. I purchased some items from Ipswich and visited Oxley store for collection. Instead of treating me as click and collect, as my order was already paid. They put me in a long queue and took a long time to give my product. Such a waste. I came this far... 24km to pickup and waited for an hour.
Just to note Ipswich staff is really good and provide excellent customer service.
Iām so frustrated with our experience with Good Guys Oxley. We ordered a TV in store, paid a deposit and were told it would take 2-3 weeks to arrive in store. After 4 weeks of no news, I contacted them to be told there was no ETA on the TV being ordered in. Instead they agreed to ship it across from a Gold Coast store. If I hadnāt called them to chase them
about this, they would have kept our $800 deposit and done nothing. I called them a week later to get an ETA. The TV had still not been shipped from the other store. Was told the reason it was not ordered from their central depot was because we had not paid the full balance. At no time in the preceding 5 weeks had we been asked to pay the full balance. 1 week later, I phoned them again, to find it had finally arrived in store but nobody had called us to tell us. To top it off, when we went to collect the TV, the staff couldnāt find it, told us the TV wasnāt there and we had to point it out to them.
Beware of Good Guys being happy to take your money and then taking no action to actually secure the items you have ordered. Deeply Unimpressive.
Very disappointing with our Bosch heat pump dryer. Why it's very disappointing is Bosch is one of the best brands on the market and only had it for a few years and are experiencing problems already. Not heating up, clothes are coming out damp and quite smelly. It just seems the money spent on the dryer isn't even worth it. Now have to call a technician to come out and if there are faults Bosch isn't covering for. So much for purchasing a top brand and having to deal with such a annoying and difficult situation.
Jolene is amazing!! I had an issue with my purchase, other staff didnāt want to help me and kept telling me to call Customer Service on Monday as they arenāt open on Saturday. Jolene took the time to understand the urgency of the matter and dealt with it promptly, professionally and with exceptional customer service. She took the time to call IT, resolve the issue and called me back to update me. I was really impressed and I hope she is recognised by management. Service like this is rare.
